"This is the 2nd time I have had experience working with Perla at my local State Farm agency. She is just a wonderful communicator, efficient, and intelligent. I sent an email last night about receiving a cancellation notice. Because of slow holiday mail delivery, my payment was processed after the due date and Perla explained the internal State Farm process and reason for the notice being sent to me from the perspective of State Farm. From a long term customer perspective, the hard copy notice was ambiguous regarding the amount due in order to keep this policy in force. Thank you, Perla, for the phone call first thing this morning to allay my concerns. Great job!"
